Due to the nature of these services Untold Story LLC does not provide refunds except at our sole discretion.
No Guarantees or Warranties. Untold Story does not guarantee placement or sale to any competition, fellowship, agency or production company.
Information. You agree that Untold Story may use an anonymized version of our materials sent to you (such as emails and reviews) with future clients or customers, or for marketing purposes. Any identifying information will be kept confidential as will any story specifics. Your script will not be sold, copied or distributed without your express written consent.
Intellectual Property and Confidentiality. Untold Story owns the copyrights and other intellectual property rights in any materials provided under this Agreement. You have a license to use such materials only for your own personal, private use, and you will keep all materials private and confidential, including other client’s anonymized materials. You will not disclose any such proprietary or confidential materials to any third parties, except as required by law. You shall take all measures reasonably necessary to protect such materials.
